Shipping & Delivery Policies

Kelung Books delivers its products to most parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For locations serviced by reputed courier companies, delivery is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products will be shipped via India Post and may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control. While Kelung Books strives to minimize such occurrences, Kelung Books is not liable for such delays and requests users’ cooperation.

Please note, Kelung Books reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion in cases where:

• Delivery is expected to take longer than usual, or
• The shipment is physically untraceable.

In such instances, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your original payment method.
